Allow configuring cleaning white space on save
...
This condition is checked when saving if the existing
whitespace-cleanup is set instead of when the when prog-mode is is
entered. This way it can be over-ridden by either dir-locals or
file-local variables.

Make the list of modules loaded by Prelude configurable.
...
Modules loaded by Prelude can now easily be adjusted via
the file `prelude-modules.el` in Prelude's installation folder.
To disable a module simply comment it out; conversely uncomment
a module to enable it.
