ccf74a1197 Fixed bugs in the installer: 
- Bytecompilation run twice
- Bash style string concat that doesn't work with sh.
- Default path was \$HOME instead of the users homedir ('' vs "").

7da8c4075a New installer. 
The new installer supports:

- Specify source & destination with cli options.
- Replace or install into existing config.
- Easier colors
- Verbose output
- Disable bytecompilation of prelude.
- Help output
