4d15923e2c Add new command prelude-top-join-line 
Saner version of the built-in `join-line`, that joins lines from the top
to the bottom.

d7d3a8fc36 Improve prelude-open-with 
Now it uses `xdg-open` where it makes sense. It also accepts a prefix
argument that forces manual selection of a command to run.
